Lorraine Wearley, Ph.D. combines left-brain logic and analytical thinking with right-brain warmth and creativity for a fresh approach to executive coaching and consulting.

Her corporate credentials span three decades of regulatory, analytical and product development for pharmaceutical leaders such as Johnson & Johnson and Schering Plough. Through the years as a pharmaceutical executive, Dr. Wearley has led high- performance teams in establishing product leadership positions, provided scientific input on strategic planning and acquisitions, and consistently worked to reduce product development cycle and approval times. Dr. Wearley holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Rutgers University.

As an executive and career coach, Dr. Wearley has concentrated on leadership training, change management, managing transitions, intercultural coaching, and technical leadership. She attained her professional coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a certified instructor for Building Trust in the Workplace™ and certified to administer and interpret the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory™.
