Lorraine Wearley, Ph.D. combines lift-brain logic and analytical thinking with right-brain warmth and creativity for a fresh approach to executive coaching and consulting.

Her corporate credentials span three decades of experience for such pharmaceutical leaders as Johnson & Johnson and Schering Plough. Through the years as pharmaceutical executive, Dr. Wearley built and led high-performance teams in establishing product leadership positions. She had the opportunity to influence the development of leaders from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. She worked closely with her staff and teams to expose them to new opportunities and help them create their future. Dr. Wearley holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Rutgers University. After retiring from the Johnson & Johnson, she obtained her professional coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and has focused on Coaching and Consulting. Her clients include individuals and teams from Schering Plough, J&J, National Cancer Institute, The Nature Conservancy, The Hudson Institute, Grovewell LLC, People and Process Solutions.
